Liraz is one of the most dynamic speakers I have ever heard, and this coming from a former trial and news reporter who has worked with (and competed against) some of the best communicators around. Her talk at Hillel International on the history of Israeli fashion was fast paced, funny and full of useful information. With the use of props, video, audio and still photography, she took the large audience on a journey through the decades of Israeli couture. But this was no mere fashion show. She taught us to look at fashion as a reflection of politics, history, economics, psychology, in turn, teaching as much about the way people and nations think as about how they dress. Even the non-sartorially minded in the crowd were mesmerized. I would highly recommend this speaker for any audience.
Liraz is one of a kind! Her lecture is extremely interesting and full of knowledge. The fact that Liraz knew how to get to those that fashion is not one of their biggest interests was just indescribable.
